Growth Engineer

As a Growth Engineer, you’ll operate at the intersection of engineering, automation, and product growth. Your focus will be on building the internal tools, pipelines, and experiment infrastructure that allow the team to move faster, learn faster, and scale what works.

You will not be working on a predefined playbook. Instead, you’ll be creating it – designing and implementing growth systems on top of an unconventional stack that includes agent-based tooling, decentralized infrastructure, and AI-driven workflows.

This is a hands-on role where initiative, speed, and the ability to translate ideas into working systems matter more than following predefined processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal tools that automate manual workflows across growth, operations, and product
• Design and implement acquisition pipelines that source, enrich, and route leads without manual intervention
• Instrument product and user flows to track behavior, identify drop-offs, and uncover growth opportunities
• Develop and run experiments across onboarding, activation, retention, and acquisition
• Create reusable experimentation infrastructure to enable rapid iteration without rebuilding from scratch
• Work across the stack to connect growth systems with product logic, APIs, and agent workflows
• Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools that improve team efficiency and unlock new growth strategies
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure growth insights translate into product improvements
• Continuously identify bottlenecks and build systems that remove them

Experience that is most relevant to us

• Strong ability to build and ship end-to-end solutions independently
• Experience with AI-driven tools and systems, AI automation platforms or AI agent frameworks
• Experience working across multiple domains such as engineering, automation, data, and growth
• Comfort writing scripts, building tools, and connecting APIs to automate workflows
• Experience designing and running experiments with measurable outcomes
• Familiarity with data analysis and using metrics to drive decisions
• Ability to move quickly from idea → implementation → measurement → iteration
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments without detailed specifications
• Strong ownership mindset and bias toward action
• Clear communication and a pragmatic, results-oriented approach

Experience that is nice to have

• Experience with growth systems such as funnels, onboarding flows, or lifecycle automation
• Exposure to Web3, decentralized systems, or non-traditional infrastructure
• Experience building scrappy solutions that delivered outsized impact
• Understanding of user behavior, conversion dynamics, or product analytics

Tech Stack and Tools

Flexible by design – we value outcome over tools.
You’ll likely work with a mix of scripting languages, APIs, databases, automation tools, and AI systems depending on the problem at hand.
