What we are looking for
Not a job title. A way of operating.
You ship things. You do not wait to be told what to do next. You see a problem, you form a view, you move. If something is broken you fix it. If something is missing you build it. If something could be ten times better you say so.
You think in systems. You connect dots across functions – growth, product, ops, communications – and you make things work end to end, not just in your lane.
You are useful on day one. We are early and lean. There is no onboarding runway that lasts three months. There is work and there is ownership and there is you figuring it out.
Who fits
Ex-founders. People who have run something and know what it costs. People who have never run anything but operate like they do. Undergrads who are already building. Operators who are done with big company politics. Anyone who reads “cracked generalist” and thinks – yes, that’s me.
Growth roles and non-technical roles are both open. So are hybrid ones.
