We’re building something that doesn’t exist yet: an AI immune system for humans.
The Umanitek Guardian Agent protects people from deepfakes and digital impersonation by combining Decentralized Knowledge Graphs (DKG) with perceptual intelligence.
If you’re excited by the idea of building systems that reason, not just predict, you’ll fit right in.
It won’t be easy. You’ll be inventing things most people haven’t tried before. But if you love the product and the mission, it won’t feel hard.
Technical Lead will guide the engineering and product delivery of the Umanitek Guardian agent and deploying Guardian agent networks. You’ll be responsible for coordinating the team of engineers to deliver high-quality, interoperable systems, while interfacing directly with clients, partners, and the open source community. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll write code, design architectures, and ensure that everything we build, from MCP tools to DKG features, contributes to the wider Guardian codebase.
Responsibilities:
Technical experience that is most relevant to us:
Tech Stack and Tools:
Python, Node.js, TypeScript, Rust, FastAPI, Next.js, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, GraphDB/Blazegraph, SPARQL, OriginTrail DKG SDKs, MCP Framework, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, AWS/GCP, Web3.js/Polkadot.js
We’re early, lean, and ambitious.
You’ll work directly with founders and researchers behind OriginTrail and Umanitek, building the foundation of AI safety infrastructure used by public institutions, enterprises, and individuals.
If that sounds like your kind of hard – come build with us.
We offer a market-aligned salary, participation in employee stock option pool and of course growth into companies’ leadership positions
