Umanitek appoints Yalda Aoukar and Carolina Casas Forga to its Advisory Board

Zug, Switzerland, August 12, 2025: Umanitek, a company focused on increasing  trust and safety of Artificial Intelligence, today announced the appointment of Yalda Aoukar and Carolina Casas Forga to its Advisory Board.

Yalda Aoukar brings her deep commitment to child protection into her new advisory role, continuing her work to ensure the safety of children in all spaces, physical and digital. She is Co‑Founder and Managing Partner of Bracket Capital, and serves as President of Bracket Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Bracket. The foundation leads efforts to empower law enforcement agencies worldwide with advanced technological tools to combat online child sexual exploitation, particularly as it relates to CSAM. The Foundation also advances policy and technology research to improve child safety in digital environments. Bracket Capital, which she co-founded and manages, focuses on long-term, value-driven investments in late-stage technology ventures.

Yalda has devoted much of her career and personal mission to protecting children in real life and online. On joining Umanitek, she commented: “Joining Umanitek aligns closely with my ongoing mission to ensure a safer digital world—especially for children who are most at risk online. I’m proud to contribute to meaningful solutions that prioritize safety, accountability, and impact.”

Also joining Umanitek’s Advisory Board is Carolina Casas Forga, Co‑Founder and Managing Partner of Sangha Capital, a venture capital firm established to support scalable “technology for good” businesses in Web3, AgTech, EdTech, HealthTech, ClimateTech and more. Through Sangha, Carolina brings significant experience in combining capital markets with scalable, high‑impact technology solutions that drive social change. Based between Abu Dhabi, Geneva and Barcelona, Carolina invests internationally across multiple technologies and diverse cultures, but always in partnership with leading institutions and entrepreneurs. 

On her appointment, Carolina stated: “Umanitek provides the unique combination of ‘tech for good’ and immediate solutions at scale for real world problems.”

With the additions of two new Advisory Board members, Chris Rynning, Chairman of Umanitek, commented: “Umanitek is working to reduce AI harm, one of the biggest challenges to modern society.
